Notcied my Mystus mysticetus's one eye was cloudy, any advice? I have not noticed any wierd behavior and he seems otherwise ok. Tank's parameters are normal.

If it's one eye, it's an injury. I wouldn't do anything but make sure that the nitrates in your aquarium are less than 20ppm everyday per a liquid test. This can take up to 2 months to fully heal, but you should see less cloudiness within a month.
If you start to see swelling in one eye, be prepared to put into a quarantine tank with 1 tablespoon of epsom salt per 5 gallons. Work up to that dosage in 3 days, and maintain for 1 week (total of 10 days in QT). Also, find out where you can purchase Seachem Kanaplex and methylene blue if the swelling gets worse by day 5 in QT, I would add in both with the epsom salt.
