i got mine for 7.99 and it was in a tank marked unknown synos.

Oh I also have a question! Will it get along with pangasius cats and a royal pleco? I am planning on setting up my other spare tank for the cory cat and getting a few smaller fish, since I read that it will basically eat anything smaller and I've had the cory for a while and don't want to risk him becoming lunch.

yes he'll be fine with your plecos and pangasius they can get a little nippy tho and they do get BIG about 16-18in. cool fish tho i miss mine

Mine it right around 8 or 9" and its mouth is no where large enough to take down a cory. You should be fine with a royal and ID shark (im assuming thats what it is) just watch out because as they get older they become less inclined to share their area with others.
