Name That Fish. Indian Perch?

I just returned from Sandal's in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The resort had this fish swimming in a fountain along with several Koi. One employee called it an "Indian Perch." I've never heard of such a fish. Does anyone recognize this fish. I must admit that it's not the most attractive fish I've seen. It's got large lips and a knot on it's forehead.

its a common (giant) gourami, osphronemus gourami. great fish.

Thanks guys! I agree. I did notice the typical, long, straw-like, Gourami fins ventral or pelvic fins.
