Name this fish

Got this fish when it was no bigger than my thumb nail. Guy at the LFS did not know what it was, and I still don't. It's about 3 1/2" now :help2:

Any help appriciated!

Mayan cichlid.... maybe

judging from It's stripes, Mayan cichlid: Cichlasoma urophthalmus. A red terror would have more of a "Y" shaped first stripe, as opposed to straight.

Got any more info on them? It is with a 4" GT and 4 1/2" JD along with some dither/ target fish, in a 110 gallon. Is this ok?

Yeah that's a Uro. It's typically an extremely aggressive fish.
