Name this p bass

I've been out of the cichlid game for a few years but my first guess would be orino.....a head shot would be helpful in identifying the fish.
 
Think it’s orinos as well.
 
Full shots should help but cichla experts should be able to tell you perhaps from this photo alone. I am not a cichla expert.

Also, size and age may matter to the correct ID.
