what kind of pike is this guy and is that bloat or just the way his body is shaped?

It's a saxatilis-type and it's not bloated, it's a female, hence the swollen red belly.

Looks like a female guyana saxatilis. Saxatilis maxes out at 10-12 inches, females probably 9 inches max

Female saxatilis are some of the prettiest pikes you can find imo. Good luck.
