NAME THIS WORM!! Quick plz

lol. doin alitte maintence on the 10gallon(trying to get it cleaned up so i can get it planted again, i miss my forest) and was scapping some stuff when i saw this. i caught it and placed it in a jug i had. not a flat worm. i have no clue what it is! It swims in the open not attached to the glass. wiggles back and forth
If no one can answer me soon its gonna die.

Looks like some sort of nematode (roundworm). I wouldn't worry about it.

Isn't that planaria worm? I've like plenty of those swimming in my tank.. =/
Tried to get rid of them but they just keep coming back..

^ they look too long and thin to be a planaria worm imo...
