Anyone ever grow a Dorado Catfish from juvenile? Not much info on them that I can find. Any advise?

If you mean Brachyplatystoma rousseauxii http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/species.php?species_id=944, the only case I recall right now is RedtailRob's (a member of PCF and MFK) and even that only about a young fish: http://www.planetcatfish.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=37028&hilit=+rob

I cannot recall if cgibby - the brachy collector - ever had a rousseauxii. If he did, it'd be small too.
