Nandopsis haitiensis male - Portland

I have had this male hait for a couple months now. Got him at wet spot and he's easily doubled in size (he's around 4"?). Don't have a picture, but he is a very nice little fish. Kept by himself and in perfect condition.
$20 sound fair?
