Looks like female to me.
But it is very young.
Here is a mature female...........................................................Here is a male
Together
there is a rub though....
When young, if there is a more dominant male cichlid in the tank, males can adopt female colors
and if there is no male in the tank, a dominant female, can adopt male traits
