I haven't been able to find alot on this fish and was wondering if anybody here has experience with it and if they could give me some info?

I have mine in my 255 with some smaller dovies, a large Jaguar and a Midas, freddies and a few other fish. He doesnt really bother anyone unless they bother him. He is about 9-10" - u can just see him in this pick near the bubbles.

Nice tank!

I just had a group of 6 arrive yesterday from Rapps, so I'm looking into info as well. I just want to know if they are prone to bloat like grammodes, haitiensis or istlanum. And what kind of diet small (1") ones should be kept on.

Here are mine in a bucket while having being acclimated (and un-BagBuddy'd) with the drip method:

Yes they can be susceptible to those diseases you mentioned at a small size like the ones you have. They are also extremely aggressive towards each other, be prepared. You can feed them some anti parasitic food to start, spiriluna pellets, good brine shrimp. Once they get larger they will be fine. They just might kill each other off.

They are in a 75g that has a lot of driftwood & pots for caves, so they should be good until they hit 2-3".
