They are classified as Ivanacara adoketa.
I raised mine out in a 40 breeder and they all staked out individual territories and stayed in them unless it was feeding time. A lot of people report them being very aggressive to each other as well as other small fish. That was not my experience but they definitely aren’t social.
These are a blackwater fish so it’s best to keep them in warm water with a low pH and hardness. They can be grown out in harder water but for spawning you’ll probably want to drop them down to neutral or soft water.
