gorgeous tank :)

you definetly need some Dendrophyllia and Duncans in there though :) no pico/nano is complete without a few members of the Dendrophyllia family in there.

ricordeas would be eye poppers too :naughty:

Awesome tank. How big is it and what are the specs.?
It's a JBJ 12g nano. The specs should be identical to this one.

Come again, what did you say? Speak normal english?:D I'm still a newbie at salt so I have no idea what you just listed. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll go look them up. Are there any hardy duncans and dendrophyllia? I need something will not require delicate care.

Duncan's and dendro's are low light corals. So you're okay. But they do need to direct feeding of mysis shrimp a few times a week.
NICE TANK! :) :headbang2

Nice tank Joe! You gotta love water change and tank maintenance :D

Thanks. The water change and maintainance is not as bad as you think. I have talked to a few salt aquarists before getting into salt. I just have to make sure I don't over feed and tank water doesn't overheat. You should setup a Nemo tank for your kids. They'll love you even more.:D It might even help your wife have a better understanding of your hobby.

duncans and dendros are about as easy as you get. the duncans can survive off straight pc lighting but will gladly take frozen mysis. the dendros would need bi weekly feedings of mysis to thrive.

ricordea are just fancy mushrooms :) theyll be fine in ur light. :)
