So its almost my older sister’s birthday and i finally convinced her to let me get her a tank so i was wondering what nano fish i can put in there more specifically loaches that aren't eel-like.
Nano fish for a 20 gallon as a present??

Panda loaches, hillstream loaches, maybe yolo loaches.
It doesn’t sound like your sister is interested in having a tank to care for if you had to convince her to let you get her one...maybe skip the tank for her and get something she doesn’t need convincing....just a thought
I did not really like convince her because she will like to have it because I've been talking to her about loaches and showing her pictures of some and she really likes them and how they behave
You're still in Peru. Is this tank staying there or is this setup for a sister back home? Remember at the end of the day you'll end up maintaining this tank.
