Actually, it's probably a Notorus insignis, the Margined Madtom, since that's the only Notorus species native to that watershed. The dark margins on the dorsal and caudal fins are indicators as well.
The problem with madtoms, as with many other fish species, is that if you don't know them very well, all 29 species virtually look alike since body-shape can be highly variable and identifiers are hard to spot on such small fish.
