Hello,

I just gave the two bullheads to a friend to hold for me until the pond is built to free up a 75 gallon for a Midas.

Do I need to do a bacterial treatment on the tank before adding my Midas or would he be fine with the same water my natives were in?

I have never had a disease passed from native fishes to tropicals, but i keep a quarntine tank and treat all new comers before adding them to my show tanks.
