My tank finished its fish less cycle this weekend and some incredibly kind people were able to obtain some very specific fish for me. I will be adding a snail bullhead catfish soon (someone else is on the look out for one of an appropriate size)

tank specifications:

75 gal
Eheim 2080 pro II
air stone (old but large)
ph - 6.8

here are some picts of the tank, i thought it would be interesting to post a pict of both fish once a month or so.

below is the Shadow Bass, approx 1.25" long at this time, to the best of my knowledge it will get to about 11" (not a lot of captive info on these)

below is the Warmouth, approx 1" long, bad pict i will get a better one soon, it will get close to 12" (depending on gender)

I will try to take a pict every month so i can document growth.

Never seen a shadow bass. Very interesting.
