I've read many threads about requirements regarding food, substrate, tank mates, tank set up etc... Not a whole lot about adjusting temperature based on their natural seasons. Does their natural environment have any noticeable fluctuations in temperature do to seasons, or is a constant temp the best way to go? I have a nicaraguan dovii and I keep the temp at a constant 82. I hope this won't be a couple answer and be done thread so maybe this could apply any other cichlid if people have been wondering the same thing about their fish. Thanks for any input.
