Hey guys I breed guppies and had a question relating to observations I have made through my breeding. I started originally with 2 males and 3 females of the finest pure breed specimens I could purchase, over time, my first too or three batches of fry were born within three months. The first group of fry were mostly all female and most of which are now my breeding females 2 years later. At one time I had one batch of fry exhibiting the looks of my margarita guppies ( the males) and another batch fathered by the same males produced dull blue, yet large and healthy , solid breeding females. I know have 13 Adult Breeders I use as my pure stock. Anyone else ever noticed certain traits thriving in their aquarium or any flaws develop ?
