natural sleep aid

My tank is a natural sleep aid for me any time I go down to my bedroom to watch my fish I fall right to sleep with in about 30 minutes. I go down there sit down in bed start watching them next thing I know I am waking up like oh.

I find that the fish themselves dont help me sleep, but the noise of the filters definitly does...It's like a waterfall in my room haha

I find the sound of the water makes me sleepy. Another one is when I cup one of my girls boob, instant knockout.
