Why not just freeze water in empty plastic soda bottles and float them in your aquarium?

Why not just freeze water in empty plastic soda bottles and float them in your aquarium?

Its an eye sore. Something like this could possibly be used under a stand. Maybe just one long PVC to the top of the tank. Possibly just used to cool the room, I dunno. Just seen it and posted.

I actually dont have any issues with temps through the seasons though.
