I have a 48" tall 400ish gallon acrylic tank. I need to have 2 overflow boxes built, but have no idea who to turn to for this. Any thoughts on a manufacter who builds these? Thanks for any help.

Head over to your local plastics/acrylic supplier. Tell them what you are looking for or draw them a picture. They should be able to make it for you relatively easy.
Or.... you could buy from a tank manufacturer.

Thank you for your replies. I have struck out on both of the above suggestions. Glass Cages basically said, if your not buying an aquarium from us, then they would not build the 2 overflow boxes I need. The local acrylic / plastic place didn't seem to have any interest in doing it, to many other projects. Other suggestions would be apperciated. Thanks again for your help.
Looks like I struck out again. I talked to Tenecor, said they would make the custom overflows for me. Salesman said he would email me the price info that morning. Days went by, no email, no call. I called them back, aprox 7 days later, left a message with email and phone number. Again, days went by, no email, no call.....I have a 250 gal Tenecor, love the tank, but the customer service seems to be lacking.....?
