Help! I've been seeing a new guy for a couple of months but I'm not "in luv" yet and I really really want to take this thing slow. I don't want to give him the wrong idea, but he's really nice and I want to spend more time with him. What the heck do I get him for Christmas? He's military, has a truck, Harley, boat, likes expensive toys, flies EXTENSIVELY (like weekly) and likes me very much, more than I am comfortable with. I don't want to give him a meh gift, but I don't want him to think that it's something more than let's see where this goes. Any ideas?

If ur not comfterble with how mucj he likes u idk if ide get him anything lol get him to back off.... If thats what u want i may have missunderstood.... U could always do like an iou that he can redeam for somehing like dinner or massage or whatever ur into.... If he likes expesive toys maybe pay for something he wants.... If hes into REALLY expesive toys do a fraction of the cost lol. The more time u spend on it the more he will think it means more then it does.

Either get him something that might be able to use all the time in his travels?
Or, you could organize a day of activities that he might enjoy and you possibly you could enjoy as well? for example, if hes into sports, cars etc, maybe buy him a day on the race track which includes renting a sports car provided by the track, then finish it off with a nice home cooked meal?

Get him some socks lol.
Keep it simple. Like the others said dinner or a show. If it was my wife I know she would probably get me something I'm into. Like last year she got me a ton of canvases spray paint and alot of markers.

Trust me, if he's a Soldier and single, a nice female-cooked real meal is probably one of the most appreciated things you can get him! The quickest way to a joe's heart is through his belly! Even though he sounds like he may have enough rank to not be a joe anymore lol...
