Need a good sump pump

I need a good pump of a 30 gallon sump I am in the process of building. Its going on a 75 salt, and the overflow is going to be from gl*******s.com with a rating of 700gph. I know there are a lot of people are running quietone pumps, but I have hearing a good sum of complaints as of late.

Have they gone to the dogs?

Any personal experiences with other brands?

There will likely be close to 10ft of head length, and would like a magnetic drive pump so that i could adjust the flow with a ball valve.

Iwaki pumps (japanese motor) are suppose to be good, run a long time and quite. I just bought one used but haven't been able to run it yet.
