Where eva theres Cichla!!!
Hey people!!

My mate recently bought a juvie mangrove jack, with a slight deformity...the front half of the fish is perfect however the it's tail is small and slightly bent upwards, which makes it hard for the fish t swim and catch feeders etc etc...my mate thinks that it might have/had a broken spine or sumthing along those lines, if so will it ever heal/grow back?...I'm sorry but i have no pics of it atm however i will get sum...

Any help on this issue would be extremely grateful.. thanks :)

No.. Chances are it's just a deformity.. And this will never change.. At least this is my experience... But as for eating.. When it's hubgry enough.. It will catch the feeders... I wouldn't worry about that. And if you are then hold the feeder above the tank til the fish is under it looking at it for a minute.. Then drop it and chaces are the feeder will disapear before it has a chance to swim far...

Damn..

Thank sucks bro :(
