Scenario

Original tank-46 gal setup for a couple of years
New tank-72 gal setup about a year
All inhabitants and most substrate, decor, etc transferred.
Filtration was bio wheel HOB.
Inhabitants-Silver dollars, various tetrat(gold, black skirt, red minor),pictus cat and lots of mollies. Mollies were bought couple of years ago and have been breeding freely since.

Problem-Mollies have been dieing off.
Symptoms-Shimmies, clamped fins, s-curvature then death.
Only affects the mollies. Water parameters are acceptable(I've tested many times for her and always normal). Has tried increased w/c, salt, melafix, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic meds and general cures. Nothing has worked. I am running out of ideas and need some help for this lady. Any other questions I missed please ask.

As far as your parameters, what is acceptable? What brand of test kit are you using?

Since I don't find the strips we use accurate enough I used my own API kit
Amonnia-0
Nitrite-0
Nitrate- 20 or less
Ph7.8

Any traces of Chlorine or Chloramines?

No chlorine/chloramines at all(after initial treatments with Prime).

Anyone?

Bump for anyone with an idea.

Come on guys. 50,000 members and only one(thanks Pharaoh) can even venture a guess. Maybe would have better success moving it to the lounge and retitling, Poll:What's your favorite vacuum cleaner. No wurm, this is not a dare.
