I need my 360 drilled! I was going to opt for doing dual h.o.b. overflows to feed my wet/dry. But ive never used those overflows and im growing skeptical with each day that passes. Im aiming for 3600-4000 gph of turn over with a 125gal sump. The lfs recommended Multiple big canisters! How often do the h.o.b overflows clog up pr restrict flow???????

Drill for sure. I have a couple Glass-holes.com overflows and they are awesome! The drilling is a PIA if you have glass but it's possible and I have done it free hand with a hand held drill and the jig they send with the overflow kit.

I have emailed back and forth with those guys. They seem to have a really good product. Probably do 2 of their 3000's and have the lfs drill for me. They said $25 per hole and they will replace if broken..........well worth the $125. Need 4 three inch holes in tank and 1 in sump.

I've never had a hob overflow fail on me in 10+ years. I use the u-tube style, and not the cpr models. I always prefer a tank with built ins, or a drilled tank, but sometimes I'll have one around and am not afraid to use it!

Ive never had a hob overflow fail either, but drilling glass isnt bad either.

That's cheap. I paid 37.00 per hole. 3Inch what size of bulk head is that? Like 1.75?

3" is for 2" bulkheads for glass-holes.com overflows.
