Need advice DEL lump

My new delhezi bichir that i got has been doing we'll for the last few weeks but today I noticed lump behind its fin its kinda red and kinda big for the size of the bichir (about 3'' ) it looks like it has a BB inside it because of its size and my bad camera i couldn't get a pic where you could make it out also its right behind its fin makeing it even harder to get a pic it can swim fine but i a little worried i added some salt to the tank

Water is fine i do good water changes around 40%-50% every week or so its only a 10 gallon but its just a grow out any advice thanks

no not pectoral fin sorry been a long day can't remember the name its the two fins they swim around with

Yes there are other tank mates non that could do any damage and nothing sharp in the tank just gravel ( i know sand is better lol don't think he could eat the gravel and thats not the cause of this for sure)its not cut but it does kinda look like its been rubbed but i know it hasen't been its right behind its fin and they both look just fin just a bump sticking out that not all the way red just on the tip

whoops sorry yeah it is behind the pectoral fin sorry that was a long night
 
we'll couldn't get any pics but it seems to be alot smaller seems like he'll be okay
