Im tryin to build a sump for my 200 gallon out of 2 30 gallon tanks. What flowrate pump do I need? What brand is a reliable brand that is inexpensive? MFKrs please help me.

Are you planning on drilling the tanks and connecting them or are you going another route? For pumps Mag pumps and eheim pumps are great if you are going for submersible. For the money via-aqua pumps are very good as well, I have used them for years. For non-submersible reeflo pumps are amazing.
