Need advice, help! Flowerhorn has white stuff on its head. ( not ich)

I bought this little guy a few months ago. A few weeks ago I notice this white stuff on its head and i didn't took it for anything, thought it was just some dust. But things got worst, now i see multiple small white pimples on its head and others seem like white worms sticking on its head. My flowerhorns head also shrank and is still shrinking even though it eats a lot and is still very active. And also I've notice that it will scratch /scrape its body onto the decor causing minimal bruise on its body. Please help.

Look up anchor worm. Pretty sure this is that.

I've check out pictures of anchorworm on google and also in this site. But it seems that it doesn't look like anchorworma and it doesn't have the size length if anchorworms. Thanks for replying though. Anyone else?
