I have been in love with those black stingrays with the white polkadots. Having said that can you please tell me if it would be possible to keep one in a 130 gal tank? Are they called motoros? I cant remember thier name thismorning cause I havn't had my coffee yey! LOL Thanks for any advice. I believe the tank is 18" wide. I'm thinking that it might be a bit small but if it is too small for that kind is there any that I could keep?

A 18" wide tank is too small for any rays long term, you will need one atleast 24" wide even for one of the smallest ray species.
Leopoldi or henlei will both get too big for a 130 gallon tank.

they are also very pricey. you'll have to find a captive bred one, or one for sale in classifieds. i remember someone say if you thing your tank can easily fit a car wheel in the tank and happily move around, then you'll be fine

buy "freshwater stingrays" by dr. richard ross - the rays keepers bible and only about $10

gr8 book for any beginner ray keeper!

You can find captive bred leopoldi from time to time, but it's hard. Also, expect to pay close to $1,500 per animal now.
