Need Advice on Filtration

Do I need to increase mechnical filtration because I still see lots of tinny particles in the tank.
Do I take out the bio-balls and put more filter pads?
I'm also running a FX5 to suck away the waste at the bottom.
the tinny particles seems coming out from the return pipe from sump tank

Get some filter floss and put it in after the coarse media. Filter floss is cheap and should be disposed of every other week or so. This will help "polish" your water.

Can I only use the filter floss that I buy in LFS or I can buy in somewhere else? Walmart or Pharmacy?

If you have particulate passing through your sumps media...
Well, you know the answer.
Quilt batting or polyfill from walmart works quite well.
