I will be starting my first tank this month and was looking for help.
1. Would like tank to be 7' x 3' x 30" plywood with fiberglass and a epoxy mix with acrylic window. Where can I locate fiberglass online?
2. Epoxy recommended?
3. Thickness of acrylic needed?
4. Also any tips are appreciated

Thanks in advance.

i have used uscomposites epoxy on a past build with good success. currently i am using max acr epoxy on my 76x36x29 inch tank. i like the max acr so far. you can only get it on ebay though. it comes in a 1.5 gallon kit (1 gallon resin, .5 gallons hardener) and costs about 100 bucks after shipping. so far i have applied a layer of thinned epoxy on all the interior layers of my tank and have also applied a layer of 8 ounce cloth to the corners and seams and a layer of 6 ounce cloth to all interior surfaces and i still have 1/2 a gallon of resin left.

for fiberglass i have got it from a number of different places a google search is your friend hear.
