:Dfirst I have my new 75 gallon tank
unfortunately it is not fully set up yet and is still pretty bare mostly it needs some poly hiding/ resting places ie some stone , wood and/or decorations
but it is wet and running, the temp is stable and it has a few plants

it also has a pair of 3-4" gourami that were the first to make the move along with some seeded biomedia from the tank to start the cycle and lighten my bioload

moving them was fun :irked:
it should not have been that hard to catch them in the tank they were in

Any advice on how to move my nearly 7" sen with out stressing him out to much or given how much the gouramis flipped out when the net hit the water line dropping him:eek:

....maybe I can convince him to get back in the breeder box then I can just carry him across the room;)

the easiest way is to drain the tank till its almost empty then scoots the bichir into a plastic bag and relocate

I have moved my polys to their new homes Spike to the 75 and Draco and Luna to the 20g

I was concerned about the wrong fish Spike was easy to coral into the net and was moved no problem, same with my del Draco .:D
Luna on the other hand jumped twice while i was moving her. once when removing her from her old tank and again when transferring her to the 20g .:irked:

Luna was only on the ground a few seconds each time still is there any thing I should watch her for over the next week or so , or will she be fine? The floor in both places was carpet.
