Im shipping about 150 fry/ 1cm in size.. I plan to put them in two separate bags.

But I just fed them. Since they are so small, I wonder if I can pack them now even though I just fed them.. I know it's best to ship them on empty stomach but me and the buyer want to do it as soon as we can.

Im gonna use one heat pack because it's cold in the east

Should be ok fry that small could only go a day or two without eating before they start dying. I would express them just in case of a heat pack malfunction or something.

There is a good chance over half the fry will arive dead, especially if it's long distance and cold.

I recieved a batch of fry(umbees) this size before in the winter. Only like 3 died out of the 80.

the fry Im shipping are carpintis x parrot fry.. They are stronger than umbee fry.

My concern is can I pack them up now even though they just ate this morning.

it's ok. Im gonna feed them again one last time and ship them tomorrow.

tnx for your helps :)

yeah My pakagig was great but I used two heat packs and cooked all the fry when the customewr got them :(
