Need Advice Sick Trimac

Hello, my trimac has gradually stopped eating over the last few weeks. Now he won’t eat at all. He sits on bottom of tank and just looks very sick. No interaction. He’s in a 125 all to himself. I believe he’s 5-8 years old but not sure. I got him 3 years ago and he’s been great. He’s about 12 inches long. I do weekly water changeand take very good care of him. FX6 and ac 110 filtration.


Here’s the meds I have on hand right now:
Fritz paracleanse
Fritz maracyn
Seachem Paraguard
API EM erythromycin

It may be just that he’s old and dying naturally. But I want to try all I can to save him. Looking for some expert advice folks, pls help. Thanks!

When was the last time you tested water parameters?
What were you feeding the Trimac before it stopped eating?

NLS and massivore delight. Water tested fine. I read could be possibly bloat? What’s weird is nothing has changed and he’s in solo tank.
