1 week ago, my garage was a mess. Scratch that, mess doesn't begin to describe it. It was literally a dump. I couldn't walk 4 feet without banging into an empty paint can. The floor was covered in oil, grease, rust, and paint stains. Well, I was playing ping pong outside with my brother when the tropical storm hit. It started raining so much, I had to stop. So I suggested moving the table. Where to? The garage! Long story short, I filled 7 1/2 dodge caravans worth of trash and hauled it off to the local dump. I painted the walls, emptied the closet, killed 15 baby rats, poisoned their parents, fixed the lights, and after many days, was finally able to play ping pong there (funny enough, it stopped raining about 15 seconds before I started my first game

Well, now I decided to turn it into a game/fish/fun room. The garage is about 20x20 feet. I have the foldable ping pong table there, but nothing else. I'm going to move my tanks in as well for easy water changes. I plan on changing the concrete floor into vinyl for easier maintanance. So, here's my question...what else should I do? I plan on sealing off any openings and installing AC, but it still needs to accomodate a car in case of hurricanes. What should I do? Here's my plan so far
Fish tanks, including 1 300g
ping pong table
some sort of chairs or sofas (2 pleather sofas already present, might get rid of one or both)
