okay so im new to the forum. i am also new to keeping monster fish. i have 5 tiger oscars and 2 albino tiger oscars. i have a bunch of tanks set up until i make my indoor pond. i have a few questions.

1. What kind of fish should i add to the pond with them once i get it up?

2. How can i get the best colours out of my oscars, i have been told by having a dark stone and a dark background will give them good colour with a good diet.

3. Any advice for me and having healthy oscars would be great thank you

for your Oscars?

1.) anything bigger than their mouth, maybe a black convict or two? pleco's? nothing "Edible" meaning easy to eat

2.) Hikari cichlid pellets (they are in a red bag) brings out amazing coloration in my experiences, foods rich in beta carotene, Vitamin E

3.) VITAMIN C
is an absolute MUST for your Oscar, severe health problems will develop without it, luckily its readily available in prepared foods, such as the aforementioned Hikari food

thank you i have hikari gold and thats what i was recommened by a few people i know that have them.
