I live of Oahu (Hawaii). I have been trying to buy a 90 gallon aquarium on craigslist for the last half year for $150. No one responded. The only craigslisters that sell 90 gallon aquariums sell them as setups for $650+. I have searched a local fish and fish supply forum (forums hawaii), and found no 90 gallon aquariums. I have contacted a glass making company here; over $800 for the glass alone (to build my own tank). I contacted a local petstore that in my experience has the lowest prices; $350 for just the aquarium, another $60 if I want a simple glass hood. 75 gallon aquariums at this pet store are $230.
