Are you talking about the things on the glass? They look like Hydras. Scrape them off. Check your water quality. They wont harm your fish...........if that's what they are. I think that a general parasite cure will knock them out.
Looks like a battle wound but it's pretty deep. I posted it on another forum that I post on. I'll let you know what they say
