Hi,
i am currently setting up an 8x4x3 FGT. i have 6 asian aros, about 20 various carps (i dont know what are they called in english), 1 pleco and 15 unknowns.(they look like piranhas, looks quite solid as compared to silver dollars).. all are in my 5.5x2.5x2.5..
Q1 ) would all this be enough for the FGT or would the FGT still look empty?
i want the middle section of the FGT to have fishes too.. im thinking
of adding a few patins.. 5 perhaps?
Q2 ) im sure the current stock would produce a heavy bioload, would i
need to reduce the stock or just keep it as it is? im planning to use
a 6x2x2 with 4 compartments as the FGT's sump. 220kgs of Bioring.
would 220kgs be sufficient?
Q3 ) 1st compartment jap mats, 2nd compartment biorings, 3rd biorings,
4th compartment return pumps and uv sterilizer. comments?
i would need all the help i can get from everybody here.
Thank you in advance.
