i have two jds about 3-4 inches big i just got two faestas (red terror) i would like to add a few other fish to the 120 gallon i have thinking i would like to see a few convicts maybe a green terror i would like to have a few attractive fish in the tank maybe have a community tank of cichlids anyone wanna help me with matchen up some fish for this tank itsa 120 gallon 4 2 2 and i have the two small jds in there now both fish havebeen in there for well over a yr and havent gotten any bigger the tw red terrors that i gt are about 2" big at his point so im waiting to put them in once they get alil bigger

Id re-arrange everything in the tank and put all the fish you mentioned in there right after you do it plus 10-20 dither/target fish as well. It should work...then grow them out and find a workable community by removing the trouble makers (or weaker ones) as you go. Its what Ive done most every time Ive set a tank up (and am doing now in my 265 and its working great so far with everyone now between 2-5 inches). Plus you get to see them interact with each other vs. interacting with just dithers. Cichlid on Cichlid behavior is interesting to watch as long as no ones dying.
thanks for the help , im currently just waiting i guess till the red terrors get alil bigger as i think they are alittle to small yet , but i think what ill do is just get them all awhile and like u said add everything at one time ...thanks again
