need an ID please..

Ok this will be alittle more tricky since for some reason i cant get my pic to upload but here goes..I bought a new tank and it came w/ 3 cichlids..one im pretty sure is a fire mouth but the other 2 im not sure of as im not really into cichids much. They look alot like convicts so i looked up pics but the ones i have have shiny scales on their faces and fins/tails..the big one is id say at least 7in and the smaller is probly 5in..do they develope the shiny scales when they get big or is this maybe a dif kind?
Also does anyone happen to have an idea why my pics wont upload?
 
Ok i stumbled across a pic w/ a convict and a JD and im thinkin theyre JDs..i guess i never thought about that because i generally only see the EBJDs so that never really crossed my mind..

Load your pics to photobucket or any other hosting site and add that way. The site is still in the process of mocing over the server and the pic upload feature is not complete yet.
