This is the first I have seen this fish. These are pretty bad phone pics. I don't think this is a Green Terror at all. He says the fish is 2-3 inches long. I think this is some sort of Peacock.
Need an ID. Sold to my buddy as a Green Terror

peacock hybrid - alunacara baenschi x ??? , but will start colouring up shortly ,so lets see how it develops

No color whatsoever that I can see. But I see some yellow dots on the anal fin. And the 2-3 inch estimate may be a bit exaggerated.
I have a Eureka Red that is looking more and more like a female every day it doesn't color up that looks almost exactly like this guy....
the funniest thing about all this is the guy pretty much has just this little guy and a couple of plecos in a 55. He emails me asking what he can get in his 55 that would be colorful and active. I suggested an African tank. I suggest doing sand as a substrate and he was sending me pics of his gravel and took a couple of this fish.
I said, "dude, looks like you already have an African tank!?!?!"
