My flowerhorns are doing well together trying to pair them up I want to try and leave them together overnight should I try it or is it risky the female follows the male everywhere with little to no aggression. She shakes at him seeming to try and spawn is it safe to leave them together overnight?
There also is a little bit of tail slapping but no lip locking and biting each other.

How long have they been together? A few minutes, hours, all day?

If it hasn’t been long then I’d wait till you can observe them all day first with minimal to no issues before trusting them overnight.
Making sure the female has plenty of hiding spots the male can’t get at too.

They have been together periodically for the past few days together for a few hours today they have been together for at least 8 hours. The female can hide behind a few spots but not much they seem to be getting ready to breed and to my luck most fish Ive tried to breed always do it at night.

Well, if you feel comfortable then give it a go.
It’s one of those things that you won’t know till you try. We just need to understand the risk and be ok with the possible outcome.

What do u think is the possibility he will kill the female I can be ok if he beats her up but I dont c it happening.

My parrot have no issue following the Male flowerhorn... they already paired up and parrot laid eggs a few times but sadly I think the Male is infertile
