need baby 1in. red belly tips, first pirahna

i just got a baby red belly 2 days ago. he seems very healthy and curious. im feeding him frozen bloodworms and beefheart which he gobbles up with ease. any tips on raising this fish would be greatly appriciated and needed?!

over filter the tank, other then that sounds like your doing it right. a gold fish here and there is fine but dont raise him on it. when he starts getting a little bigger you can feed him raw shrimp my natterii love them. also give him a couple good spots to hide. what else do you want to know?

i had two red p's .. the tank was too small so they killed each other.. let that be a lesson learned.

buy a 75 gal tank and buy 2 more ps....u will be much happier...if u get a 75 gal...get a xp3 filter...if u only want one piranha, trhen u coul prob get aw3ay wit a 55 for lifre
