need buddies for my Red head cichlid help needed

I want to put some other types of fish in my tank maybe even something that don't get big maybe a schooling fish anyone know of any good types that will be good?
I have now one parrot fish and 2 ornates He don't bother the oranates but picks on the parrot i think if i add some other fishe even smaller schooling types it would distract him and he won't bother the one parrot fish as much?
