I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A 90 GALLON BOWFRONT, ITS FOR A SHOWTANK BECAUSE I AM SELLING AND BREEDING CICHLIDS. AND I WANT TO BUY A FULL GROWN BLUE PHANTOM PLECO. WOULD HE BE OK WITH AFRICAN CICHLIDS. AND IS 100$ TO EXPENSIVE FOR A FULL GROWN BLUE PHANTOM.

THE SETUP HAS A DUAL T-500 LIGHT SETUP AND TWO FLUVAL 405'S FOR GOOD WATER.

for a pleco that pops i wouldnt get one of those. try a golden nugget or like a zebra pleco. an yea it kinda is the website i looked at had one for $30 an the other had large ones at $50.

It depends on how willing you are to lose the pleco. Keeping plecos with mbuna can be hit 'n' miss - I've had good luck and bad luck with keeping the two together. Don't put anything in the tank you aren't willing to lose.

My Mbunas completely ignore my Plecos. $100 for any fish seems expensive to me. Unless you have money to burn?!
