I got a friend that was asking if there is a way to send a E-Mail to all the members in the forum, and i was woundering if anyone know how to do that. P.S. this is her first forum she made, shes new at this.

Most forums will let the administrator do that. How it is actually done depends on the Hosts software. Look in her control panel for the options in the 'members' feature.
