Need Healing my Greater Siren

a friend of mine YAMA to be exact has a greater siren and his silver arowana has taken a chunk out of him down to the white meat

what if any medications does he need to treat him with to heal him back up

Let it heal on its own. Don't mess with it at all unless it gets infected or grows fungus. If you have to do something with it, you can take it out of the water and dust antibiotic powder on it, or squirt an antifungal on it. This is from my mom, who's been keeping salamanders for 30+ years and has had several sirens.

Fighting with a siren out of the water is an enormous hassle. I've been there...several times unfortunately.

Keep water params perfect and let it rest is the best meds for it.Hopefully it will pull through.

Why would you keep a Greater Siren with an Arowana? I give it time before it makes it a meal.

I agree, let it heal on it's own in a nice clean aquarium. Amphibians have amazing regeneration abilities. And I guess you now know it's not good to keep those guys with arowanas!
